The ISA BROOKLIN project, developed by Grupo Nortis, one of the leading developers and construction firms in São Paulo, Brazil, was one of the projects I coordinated in 2022/2023 as a Project Manager at Elephant Skin.
This project encompassed a significant scope, including many still renderings and floor plans, virtual tours of the apartment and common areas, a 60-second film with shorter edits, and other materials to aid product sales.
As the Project Manager, my responsibilities included nurturing a strong relationship with the client, effectively aligning their expectations, and coordinating the production of all project materials across various teams to meet established deadlines. I also ensured these materials fully adhered to architectural, landscaping, lighting, and interior design plans to uphold the project's high standards and integrity.
